Steven Williams brings a unique blend of legal insight, business acumen, and strategic leadership to every case he handles. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University in 2001 and spent the next decade excelling in training and compliance roles. Driven by a passion for justice, Steven pursued his legal education at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, graduating in 2014.
He is admitted to practice in both Virginia and New Jersey. Recognizing the legal challenges faced by startups and nonprofit organizations, Steven founded The Law Office of Steven D. Williams, PLLC—an agile firm focused on delivering sharp, client-centered legal solutions in defense, corporate governance, and small business law.

Jobyna T. Mapp, Esq. is a Virginia-based attorney and a valued member of the Traffic Tigers. She holds a business degree from Norfolk State University and a law degree from Charlotte School of Law. With a background in business operations and financial planning, her practice focuses on estate planning and small business law. Jobyna advises clients across the U.S. and frequently leads community seminars to educate others on legal and financial wellness.
